Who we are

This site is operated by Sinthetica LLC ("Sinthetica", "we"). We build realistic digital humans. For anything related to your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect

• Waitlist email. If you join the Babely waitlist, we store the email address you enter. That is the only personal data this site asks for.
• Aggregate analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and shows us only aggregate numbers such as page views and country. It does not profile you, follow you across sites, or store anything on your device.

What we don't do

• We don't set cookies, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner.
• We don't sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone.
• We don't send marketing. You'll hear from us about Babely early access, nothing else.

The interactive preview on the homepage

The chat demo on our homepage "remembers" when you last visited. It does this by keeping the time of your last visit in your own browser's local storage. That timestamp never leaves your device and is not sent to us or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it.

The photo and voice note in the preview are static, synthetic samples of Aria, bundled with the site. Viewing or playing them happens entirely in your browser: nothing is recorded, and the page never asks for microphone or camera access.

Where your data lives

Waitlist emails are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, encrypted at rest, and are accessible only to Sinthetica. Cloudflare acts as our hosting and infrastructure provider and processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve and protect the site, as any host does.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist emails until Babely early-access invitations are done, or until you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Email [email protected] from the address in question and we will confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant and you are on the waitlist, we will tell you by email.
